Ramon Allones 225 Aniversario UK Regional Edition 2015

To celebrate Hunters & Frankau’s 225^th anniversary, an exclusive cigar and commemorative humidor were released in 2015.

Only 2000 boxes of 25 cigars were created with 1,100 numbered boxes for general release, and 900 boxes selected for 225 specially made humidors.

The humidors were manufactured by DeART S.r.l. in Italy who have built an enviable reputation for making exceptional humidors, supplying some of the best cigar lounges in the UK, including our very own Edward Sahakian Cigar Shop in the Bulgari Hotel, Knightsbridge.

All the cigars were made at the Partagas factory in Havana, the home of Ramon Allones since 1927. A unique vitola was created based on the Gordito size, but with a “Cabeza Tumbada”, or “Dropped Head”, typical of the shapes that were made during Hunters & Frankau’s stewardship of the brand.

Only 225 commemorative humidors were released, personally signed by Jemma Freeman. Each humidor contains 4 boxes of 25 cigars, two Xikar Crystal humidifiers and comes with one hundred commemorative cigar spills. Alongside the humidor, a unique 50cl bottle of Havana Club Rum was created to pair in perfect harmony with the cigar by their master blender.
